Do you travel?
Yes. We do charge a travel fee. Please email us with an address of where you will be getting ready and we will send you a quote. We do not charge a travel fee to Saugerties/Kingston travel destinations.
What other services do you offer on site?
We offer on site facials. Please email us for more detailed information. This is a wonderful idea for the night before your wedding, bachelorette or just a girls night in.
How far are you able to travel?
We have no limit as too how far we will travel. We do charge a flat rate fee of $1 per mile there & back.
Do you have a minimum?
Yes we do require a minimum of 3 services for us to travel.
For example: Bride hair & makeup plus bridesmaid makeup would qualify as that is 3 services.
Another example: Bride hair only plus 2 birdesmaids hair only would qualify as that is 3 services.

We do not require a minimum during our wedding off season (December-April)
Will you have my shade in your makeup kit ?
Yes, we strongly believe as professional makeup artists we must carry shades that cater to all skin tones.
Can you provide services for larger bridal parties?
Yes, typically if it's a party of 8 or more services we will bring another artist from our team.
What is your style?
We enjoy creating makeup looks that are considered to be natural and soft. Along with full glam makeup looks.
We love bohemian, soft and whimsical hair styles. Which include hollywood waves, styles that include braids, updos, ponytails ect. Along with sleek and clean up dos.
We do no specialize in vintage and old school looks.
Can I book a trial before signing a contract?
Due to our high demand unfortunately we only provide trials for contracted brides.
How can I secure my wedding date with you?
You must submit a signed contract & paid retainer. Without the two your wedding date is not secured! Verbal communication isn't sufficient enough for us to block out the day for you. Our bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
What if I don't want to do a trial?
We recommend trials but do not require them. We have had brides from out of state book with us and never do a trial. Whether you are out of state or simply just do not want a trial that is absolutely fine.

Do you only provide services for weddings?
No, we happily provide services for all occasions including but not limited to quinceañeras, maternity shoots, photo shoots, birthday parties ect.
Does Salt beauty provide both hair and makeup services?
Yes
Can I get a refund on my retainer?
Unfortunately retainers are non refundable. We want you to feel confident when booking with us. Please reach out to scheudle a call to help you determine if we would be the right fit for you.
